Hello - I'm a long-term local who has worked in the Queensland property industry for 20 years, for many of these as a partner in a large regional property management businesses.
Over the years I watched the needs of owners and tenants evolve significantly. Unfortunately, in my view, the bulk of the Real Estate Industry hasn't changed to meet those needs.
So I decided to stop watching and actually do something about it.
I formed Smart Rentals Property Management in July 2015 to break free of outdated ways of thinking and champion change within the property management industry. Our business is based on a culture of customer service and communication.
